I got a tune-up almost a month ago and my car wouldnt start a couple days ago. Had it towed to them & mannnn, did I find out the real reason behind my car not starting. David was very professional & explained everything to me in a way that I could fully understand. He didnt try to get over on me but thoroughly explained why certain services are urgent and others are recommended. He even walked me through the entire vehicle report that had videos and pictures of their diagnostic tests. I love that! The whole team is AWESOME & you can tell they really care about their customers!!! Update: got the critical work done and my car is back riding good. These guys are the BEST! Thanks David & the Team

I busted both my passenger side tires to avoid getting in a wreck this week and panicked when the shop I normally use was closed for the holiday weekend. I ended II calling Plaza Tire and could not be happier with the service I received. The staff had my tires ordered within 30 minutes and recommended an amazing towing service to pick up my vehicle. My tires were fixed before noon the following day. Every person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I cannot thank them enough for such good experience.

Charged $330.90 for a simple 'heater hose replacement' I was stranded without a choice, use to be a good shop, not anymore! I called the second they opened, said bays are clear get you right in, car ready at 11.30 that is not my biggest issue, the bill is, and telling me how long and difficult finding a leaking heater hose when steam was spewing out and water pouring from the hose that I pointed at??? Despite an upfront, exact diagnosis of a visible fluid leak, the facility conducted billing practices that violate standard market rates: 1. Duplicated Labor Charges: The invoice shows a clear double-charge for a single repair. I was billed $87.50 for "Labor - Cooling System" and an additional $105.00 for "Labor - Heating & Cooling." Billing separate labor lines totaling $192.50 to replace a single, standard heater hose is a flagrant duplication of labor hours. 2.Exorbitant Parts Markup: The facility billed $72.99 for a standard molded rubber heater hose. The local retail price for this exact component down the street at O'Reilly Auto Parts is $35.00. Knowing corporate commercial wholesale pricing dictates a shop cost of under $20.00, a markup to $72.99 represents predatory price-go

Recently got a nail in one of my tires. I took it to Highland Tire to get it patched. I arrived at 7:05am and was greeted by Dave. He and Nick the Technician had me out of there within 45 minutes. To my surprise, at checkout I learned from Dave that they don't charge to repair flat tires! I was pleasantly surprised and pleased! Thank you Highland Tires!
